With over 30 years of experience, JoAnn oversees all aspects of strategic vision, innovation, and implementation and is leading TOPPAN Merrill through an exciting transformation in creating compliant communications. JoAnn and team are on a journey to leverage state-of-the-art technology, powered by deep subject matter expertise, to drive simplicity and continued growth as a market leader. JoAnn attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
